For author’s convenience, we strongly follow the following steps.
- The editorial board, which meets in the first week of each month, evaluates the works submitted by the authors.
- An editor will be appointed for the works whose publication policy is appropriate. After the editor is appointed, suitable referees for the work’s subject are determined and sent to the referee for evaluation. The period determined for referee evaluation is 45 days. In case of referee request, an additional 15 days may be given.
- After the referee reports reach the editor, the editorial control process is 15 days. After this process, the result is notified to the author.
- If the result notified to the author includes a revision, the author is given a 30-day revision period. The author has the right to request a 10-day extension once. The editor rejects the works of authors who do not fulfill the revision request within the period.
- The editor reviews the works of the authors who fulfill the revision request, and if necessary, they are sent to the referee who requested the revision for review.
- The editor issues an acceptance document for the works whose revision is approved and notified to the author.
- The works for which an acceptance certificate is issued are placed in the publication queue for the first issue to be published.
- All published works will be available for full access and can be downloaded from the website in PDF format.
